Another thumbs up for Joe and BBO. Great service and Joe was more than helpful when I had minor start up problems. Cam is running fine and I too got it delivered to the door in three days. Good job, Joe

I have just bought two more SG550's from Joe @ BBO after searching for any other comparable values in the same price range. The Customer service speaks for itself. His efforts in helping others work out problems with their cams in the past was a big reason that I chose to purchase from him again.

I'm glad I purchased from BBO, in today's market it's Customer Service that gets you our business, integrity, that's what most don't have, BBO in my opinion has that.

If you seek the SG550, Speak with Joe Over at BBO. He sells them & also has great user skills on that camera. Great service is what I seek buying things. He meets that standard.

Just ordered the complete SG 550 package from BBO. Can't wait to get it. BBO was very easy to deal with and quickly answered all my Q's via email. I decided on this unit due to its bulletproof reviews and great pics. Also, being able to just sit it down virtually anywhere and have it take pics is amazing. Can't wait!

I was considering buying a SG550 or the Covert Cam. After some research, I found Covert to be quite deceiving in their sales tactics. Glad I bought mine from BBO. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely buy from BBO again! Did I mention great prices?

I just ordered the New SG-550V Cam and the whole nine yards combo from BBO. I gotta say that Joe at BBO is the greatest guy to work with, his customer service and help are outstanding. He went out of his way to answer and help with all my questions. BIG THANKS JOE!
