Shipping and Handling:
Orders placed online via our web site are
shipped using multiple carriers, primarily USPS, UPS & FedEx. Shipping
charges are calculated by the system as part of the checkout process
and are based on weight of the products being shipped. In order to
determine the shipping cost of any order, place the items in the
shopping cart and complete the shipping information requested prior to
order completion.
Unless otherwise noted in the product
description, all orders placed are generally shipped within 1 to 3
business days. (Monday-Friday). Shipping carriers do not make delivery
date guarantees for orders shipped via Regular Ground Service. However
they do make delivery date estimates. When ordering multiple items, products
may be shipped from separate warehouses and will arrive separately.
All shipping quotations are for the continental U.S.
Please note:
Some of our cameras and accessories including the Scout Guard SG550
series game cameras can be shipped internationally. Please call to
place your order for
these items.
All other items are not eligible for international shipping.
Delivery Address cannot be a Post Office Box, Military APO, FPO or AE
except orders for the Scout Guard SG550 Trail Cameras. Scout Guard SG550 series cameras
ship via USPS Priority Mail and ships out the next business day. In
the event you must return a cam for warranty, we pay for return
shipping to you during the warranty period of 1 year.
Tax Charges:
For
orders made from within Florida, sales tax is added for all taxable
items. Sales Tax will not be charged for items shipped outside of
Florida.
Returned Merchandise & Warranty Coverage:
Under
no
circumstances will rejected/refused merchandise qualify for a return
claim unless otherwise specified by BBO Trail Cams. You must email
us at sales@bbotrailcams.com for all damaged, missing, or mistakenly
shipped products within 48 hours of package delivery. All return
merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of original delivery date are
strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. For most
merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1
year. Please contact us at sales@bbotrailcams.com for an RMA number and
instructions for return. Merchandise returned without an RMA number
will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer
at the customers expense. NO MERCHANDISE MAY
BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS SAID MERCHANDISE IS
DEFECTIVE. Please note that payment refunds occur only when
similar merchandise is not available for replacement. All
warranties for products purchased through BBO Trail Cams are the
responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and
questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to
the manufacturer. Please see your product's warranty information for
contacting the manufacturer for replacement and/or repairs.
Damaged Shipments by Carrier:
If
you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged,
please notify the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately. Before
a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, its
representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. DO
NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY SHIPPING CARTONS OR PACKAGING MATERIALS!
Order Cancellations:
Click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the " Change quantities / cancel orders"
link
to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has
begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You
may also cancel or modify an order by contacting us at 888-226-7640 or
emailing us at sales@bbotrailcams.com (Please include your name and
order number). Cancellations cannot be made after your order has
shipped. Exceptions to
this policy include cancellation request related to unexpected shipping
delays. If an order does not ship within the originally specified time
frame, no cancellation fee will occur. You will be advised if your
merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled.
Back Orders:
All
in-stock items are shipped within the specified time frame. (please see
item description for shipping time frame) Out-of-stock items are placed
on back order and the customer is notified via email which items are
back ordered and when they are expected to ship. All back order items
will be shipped at the time the product becomes available via the
Standard Shipping method. Buyer has the option to cancel order at the
time of notification of back order at no additional fees.
