How do I return an item?
Returned Merchandise & Warranty Coverage: Please contact the respective manufacturer of your camera for warranty issues. We are no longer accepting any returns. All merchandise is sold as is with no warranty from BBO Trail Cams or Bee Busy Outdoors, LLC.
Damaged Shipments by Carrier: If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately. Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, its representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY SHIPPING CARTONS OR PACKAGING MATERIALS!
